The product "KAIROX " uses Uncaria tomentosa (Cat's Claw) not Mitragyna speciosa
(Kratom) extracts, containing mitraphylline, an alkaloid with anti-inflammatory
potential, while also touching on related compounds like dihydro-7-hydroxy mitragy nine (DHM), which are potent opioids derived from or related to kratom, with DHM not federally scheduled as of late 2025.

The levels of alkaloids in this uncaria tomentosa extract are many times higher than what is contained in fresh uncaria tomentosa, thus increasing the potency of this extract. Please act accordingly and proceed with extreme caution. As with all ingestible products, do not use this product without first consulting your doctor. Using uncaria tomentosa can be dangerous. Adverse health effects have been reported with the use of uncaria tomentosa products.
